Eugenio Gerli P28 Armchairs, 1958
Leather, Wenge Wood, for Tecno Italy
Eugenio Gerli P28 Armchair for Tecno, Wenge wood, Italy 1958
Rare pair of armchairs by Eugenio Gerli for Tecno "P28". These lounge chairs were originally designed for RIMA, but in 1957 Egenio Gerli started a long-term partnership with Tecno and introduced among others the revised version of the P28. The rounded seat features a Wenge wood lacquered structure with tilted legs. The seat and backrest were newly upholstered in Tobacco (grey/brown) leather. The condition is good to very good with light wear and scratches to the base, We have oiled the wood and gave the leather a lotion treatment.
