Hans Bergström Bird Cage Light, 1940

This light rarely pops up in the retail market and has a magical playfulness to it. The detailed birds flying out side a cage and still being present in the play of light and shadow. It consist of a brass frame from brass, lacquered white. The lacquer shows signs of wear, patina and rub-offs. (we can restore it if requested). The inner textile screen we left untouched though it has some minor holes in it, however it's the original shade with the original label. It takes one bulbs e26/27; we recommend Led's du to less heat emission. The shade can also be repaired or replaced, at this point we limited the restoration at cleaning and rewiring to preserve as much of its originality as possible.
