Very large articulate brass library floor-lamp from the late Art-Deco period, Austria circa 1930

Enormous library lamp in brass with a large shade (15.35 × 11.81") and adjustable in height. It's rare to come across a light with such an ornamental quality as this piece, showcasing the very core of the symbolistic (anti) functionalism in Art Deco. It's fully made of brass with various degrees of patina. We have left it as is and focussed on replacing the wiring and straighten out the functional issues. It's in good original condition with no major flaws, original in all its parts, some minimal scratches and signs of use. The shade takes two e26/27 bulbs with 75W each, Led's are recommended due to heat emission, the wattage can also be higher that way if required.
